Staying here was such a delight, especially with our 2 young kids. The place had a quaint charm, and the owner Roland whipped up fantastic breakfasts that fueled our daily explorations. We easily strolled to the lively Riverwalk and enjoyed some local eats too!
My kids wished for a pool to splash around in.

Just a fine choice for a transient stop in San Antonio with definitely value for money. The friendly staff greeted us warmly and offered useful tips on local attractions. If you don’t mind stairs, grab a room on the lower floor for convenience.

Had a great time with friends! The place is close to the famous Riverwalk, which made exploring super easy. Early breakfasts were delicious, and sitting on the balcony with views was a highlight. Emily and Margaret were super helpful. Definitely check out the Mercado if you get a chance!
We had some issues with the wifi during our stay, but staff quickly resolved it. While it was a minor hiccup, it initially affected our ability to plan our day online.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I absolutely loved the rustic and homey decor, which made me feel like I was at a friend's cozy place rather than a typical inn. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, with fresh dishes lovingly prepared each morning, making every bite an experience! Location next to the Riverwalk was fantastic. I could easily walk to La Villita Historic Arts Village. My room, the Hemisfair Suite, surprised me with its size and cleanliness. The decor gave off a charming mix of historical and modern vibes. The bathroom impressed me, working perfectly with a great shower. I loved the breakfasts prepared fresh each day, especially the pancake and bacon combo one morning. The interaction with the owner during breakfast created a warm atmosphere. Wine evenings were an enjoyable surprise, although I missed the chance since I had plans. A quiet place despite being in downtown, perfect for relaxation. No elevator access was a hassle with my bags. The noise levels fluctuated at night too, a bit annoying. Overall, a unique stay that I'd recommend for those who want an engaging experience right by the Riverwalk.

We stayed in the Queen Suite with a Single Bed on the ground floor. The room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. It had a decent amount of light with a nice view outside. I did wish for a second chair inside, but there were plenty on the porch. The bathroom was clean, though a bit tight. Overall, the charm of the place made up for it, and I liked the rustic decor.

Just an ideal choice for short visits in San Antonio with good price-quality ratio. Late afternoon wine and cheese was a nice surprise. For a better stay, try to get a room on the upper floor to avoid noise.
